Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Board Member

Jon joined Hydromax USA in 2020 as CEO. Prior to HUSA, he was President, Mobile Pipeline, for Hexagon Lincoln, LLC, Vice President & General Manager of Smart Energy Gas Americas for Honeywell International, and has held leadership roles with Ford Motor Company, Johnson Electric, Federal-Mogul, Associated Materials, Inc. Jon’s experience includes both domestic and international business including Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

Jon is a retired Naval Officer with over 20 years of leadership experience throughout his service in the U.S. armed forces. His personal commendations include Meritorious Service Medal, four Navy Commendation Medals, Navy Achievement Medal and numerous unit and campaign awards.

Jon is a Graduate of the Omaha Executive Leadership Program and sat on the North American Manufacturing Leadership Council of Frost & Sullivan. He is currently serving as national President, Board of Directors, for Veterans in Energy (VIE), and has been on the board since 2017. VIE is a national 501(c)3 organization providing guidance for Veterans to the energy industry, as well as professional development and retention guidance in support of veterans, for utilities and the supporting industry.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Randall Wilson is the CFO of Hydromax USA, a leading industrial service specializing in infrastructure data collection for pinpointing and assessing the condition of our country’s aging water, wastewater and natural gas conveyance systems. During the COVID – 19 pandemic he quickly pivoted the company to reduce its cost structure to strengthen its balance sheet and improve its cash position. Randall enjoys identifying cost and revenue drivers, establishing and reporting the appropriate KPI to track performance and addresses steps to continue improving value throughout the company

He was previously CFO and Vice-President Refinery and New Oil Operations of Universal Lubricants LLC, in Wichita Kansas. Prior to joining Universal Lubricants, Randall was the Controller of the fertilizer division at Koch Industries. Also, he held the position of Finance Director of a fertilizer manufacturing Joint Venture between Farmland Industries and Mississippi Chemical situated in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Randall has over 30 years of leadership experience throughout his career in various accounting, finance and leadership roles. His personal commendations include CFO of the year which was awarded by the Wichita Business Journal in calendar year 2014 and he passed the CPA exam in 1987.

Randall and his wife have 3 children and they live in Kansas City, Missouri. He is passionate about the outdoors, arts and being with family.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Andy has over 30 years of global business operations and technology leadership experience across a wide range of sectors and disciplines, with deep expertise in Oil & Gas, Drilling, Asset Management, Financial Services and Distribution Utilities.

Prior to joining Hydromax USA in 2020, Scott served as a consultant for Penspen, a global pipeline integrity management business developing their data digital strategy and product roadmap and as Chief Product & Technology Officer for G2 Integrated Solutions where he supported the development and implementation of a five-year growth strategy, organizational change, business operations and digital transformation. Prior to G2, Scott served as President Lloyd’s Register Energy Americas and Vice President of Asset Integrity Services at Lloyd’s Register Group, leading the turnaround of its US asset integrity acquisitions and the development of a market-leading asset performance / risk management software solution for clients in the upstream, downstream, midstream and other asset-intensive sectors. Prior to moving to the US Scott served in various senior roles including Chief Information Officer and Managing Director within WSP Group Plc working as part of the senior leadership team during a period of sustained global and acquisitive growth

Earlier in his career Scott worked in the electronic manufacturing and financial services industries for a number major organizations including Premier Farnell Plc, Woodchester Credit Lyonnais and General Electric where he gained a broad perspective of how technology can transform business processes and create stakeholder value.

Andy and his wife Helen have completed multiple Ironman events together and are competitive bicycle racers on the road and velodrome.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Michelle Boles is the CCO for Hydromax USA responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance throughout all business units. A professional with more than 20 years of commercial sales experience, Michelle is known for driving brand growth, maximizing commercial excellence, and delivering profitable growth in the energy industry.

Michelle previously served as Director of Sales & Marketing and Business Development for Clearway Energy (formerly NRG Energy) where she led the company to record revenue growth year over year for four years. Michelle identified market driven strategies and tactical selling patterns based on geography and product/market in relationship development and C-level engagement. Prior to joining Clearway Energy, Michelle was the Director of Customer Service/Sales and Marketing for Honeywell Smart Energy supporting commercial sales through the United States, Canada and Mexico, delivering growth and customer retention levels not seen before. Michelle also has held a leadership role for Bridgestone/Firestone as the Commercial lead over 7 business units while synchronizing operations across sales, finance engineering, quality, procurement and manufacturing. In 2009, Michelle received the President’s Award and the CEO award in 2010 for consistent annual revenue growth, cost savings, and continuous improvement.

Michelle lives in Omaha, Nebraska and has a passion for anything outdoors, specifically in the mountains or near the beach. Michelle is actively involved in many local charities such as the Ronald McDonald House, Y.E.S. (Youth Emergency Services) and serves as a mentor for troubled and abused children and teens. Michelle currently serves on the Board of Director for the downtown Omaha Rotary and Co-Chair for the Rotary membership committee.

Senior Vice President (SVP)

Mr. Tom Hayes has over 40 years of professional experience in underground utility infrastructure spanning the Water, Gas and Sewer Markets. His experience includes new pipeline construction, water/sewer pipeline condition assessment and pipeline rehabilitation. Mr. Hayes experience has included project management of large, multi-faceted projects, Operations Management as well as Sales Management.

After beginning his career in sewer system evaluations, Mr. Hayes spent twenty five years with Insituform Technologies, a major CIPP company, where he served as Vice President of North America for the last several years. Mr. Hayes began a successful consulting business with particular attention to the pressure pipe market. One of Mr. Hayes clients included the Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago where he concentrated on improving water delivery to the citizens. Mr. Hayes vast experience has provided him an expanded view of underground utility infrastructure from conventional construction to a full spectrum of trenchless pipeline solutions for both gravity and pressure pipelines.

Tom also served six years on the Board of Directors of North American Society of Trenchless Technologies.
More recently as Chief Operating Officer, Hydromax USA Mr. Hayes focus has returned to the condition assessment of water, gas and sewer pipeline infrastructure.

Executive Vice President

Mark is a graduate of Rose Hulman Institute of technology with a BS in Civil Engineering. He brings 40+ years of experience in the wastewater, construction, pipe manufacturing and service industries. Mark is the founder and President of the Cross Bore Safety Association, former Chairman of North American Society of Trenchless Technology, past President of the National Clay Pipe Institute, international presenter, quality manager for ISO 9001 and patent holder. His efforts include projects on six continents.

Vice President, Human Resources

Tom joins Hydromax USA as a results-driven senior human resources leader with 25+ years of experience designing and executing human resource strategies that deliver bottom-line growth, as well as, raising employee engagement and retention. Tom brings with him a proven track record developing and implementing human capital policies and procedures to service up to 4500 employees in organizations with over $450M in revenue. Further, Tom champions employee training and development to elevate employee engagement, job satisfaction and company productivity; while drawing on change management skills to guide organizational shifts in alignment with corporate priorities which foster organizational growth. Tom resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife Jennifer who teaches 3rd grade, their two dogs, and countless foster dogs from local rescue groups.

Vice President, Water Solutions

Serving as Hydromax USA’s VP, Water Solutions, Shane Majetich holds 23+ years’ experience as an organizational leader in both the manufacturing sector as well as the professional services market focused on municipal water infrastructure assessments. Shane initiated HUSA’s expansion into the water sector in 2014 leveraging his experience developing water infrastructure assessment programs impacting hundreds of thousands of water systems assets with firms such as Echologics, and Mueller Service Co. He provides expertise in the assessment of aging water infrastructure through the implementation of technology-based solutions providing actionable infrastructure information for client’s water network assets. Shane is a member of the AWWA Water Main Condition Assessment Committee and has written for publications including Trenchless Technologies and Water Finance and Management Magazine. Shane and his wife have 2 children and they split their time between Tampa, FL and the Knoxville TN area during the summer. He is passionate in his involvement with Water for People, enjoys classic cars, the outdoors, and hiking, with a personal goal to one day hike the John Muir Trail.

Vice President, Gas Solutions

David has over 12 years of direct experience managing projects for Hydromax USA across the country and he has worked in every business sector of the organization. In his time with HUSA, David has held the position of Project Manager, Regional Director, Technology Development Manager, and he now leads the Gas business sector as our Vice President of Gas Solutions. David holds a B.S. in International Business and Spanish from Saint Louis University in Madrid, Spain. David has led the company in developing the best practices and procedures for the cross bore inspection and gas leak survey programs. His experience spans a variety of private and municipal projects totaling over $800M. David is an active member of the American Gas Association and frequent contributor to the DIMP and Operations Committees as well as other State and Local industry organizations.

In his free time David likes to travel with his wife Kahana and their two dogs. David is a native of Ohio but with many active military members in his family he has relatives around the world. David also spends his time investing in real estate and working on new inventions for the energy sector.

Vice President, Business Development

Mark is a seasoned technical gas professional with 25 years’ industry experience. Beginning his career with Trimble Navigation, he spent nearly 20 years in manufacturing engineering, R&D, and general distribution management. His work ranged from supporting the production of high accuracy GPS equipment to leading engineering R&D teams in the design of multiple products, including an innovative handheld GPS receiver still in use today. Mark joined HUSA in 2016 and served as an Operations Manager and Regional Director of leak survey and cross bore operations in the Seattle area. In 2019, Mark was named Vice President of Business Development, Gas Solutions and he currently works to develop new and expand existing opportunities with gas utilities across the United States. Mark has a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Arizona State University, an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is an active member of several professional committees including the WEI Asset Management committee and AGA Field Operations committee. He currently resides in Southeastern Idaho.
