To increase operational efficiency, Hydromax USA performs valve and hydrant mapping, assessment and exercising programs. The work includes locating, exercising and documenting the condition of valves and/or hydrants. The valve/hydrant is operated through its full range of turns. Information regarding each appurtenance is recorded such as identification number, size, operating nut depth, number of turns, etc.

The City of Goshen, IN selected Hydromax USA to perform a comprehensive survey using a combination of audible devices and state of the art sonic detection and computer correlation equipment. The survey will be conducted on approximately 193 miles of the City's water distribution system with 2419 main line valves, 1339 public fire hydrants and 301 private fire hydrants. Read More »
