He brings a particularly strong background of innovative new technologies such as FELL 41 and SSET. He is a founding director of MSTT. Jeff has served as a Project Manager or Project Engineer on over 200 projects involving infiltration/inflow studies, sewer system evaluation studies, CSO studies, and associated sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects. In June of 2003 he started Hydromax USA, a professional services company that specializes in the collection of data identifying the condition of both water and wastewater collection systems. Since starting Hydromax USA, Mr. Graham has been awarded and performed projects in twenty one states. |
| Stu Bowns Distribution and Sewer System Technical Manager Stu has 30+ years in the water and waste water industry and has worked on over 350 sanitary sewer and water distribution system evaluation projects throughout the country. He has implemented innovative technologies for the water industry and has developed analysis techniques for determining the best selection of available meters for various flow conditions in gravity flow sewers. His perennial activities of the WEF Collection System Committee and AWWA Water Loss Control Committee continue to be an important opportunity to contribute to the industry. |
| Dave Brown Mid-Atlantic Manager Dave has a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and 13 years of industry experience. His consulting engineering background includes management of SSES projects, management of data collection personnel and expertise in data analysis related to the water and wastewater industry. His experience includes developing standards and processes for data input and retrieval for SSES projects. |
| Tony Bischoff, P.E. Chief Information Officer Tony has a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, with Suma Cum Laude honors. He has 12+ years of experience in waste water engineering industry with expertise in hydraulic modeling, flow meter data collection, GIS, pipe line inspection and data analysis. His experience and innovations in QA/QC lead the industry in key elements. Tony has served as a Project Manager or Project Engineer on over 90 projects involving sanitary sewer hydraulic modeling, flow monitor data collection, smoke test data and sanitary sewer manhole inspections. |
Steve Lacy His early field trials of lateral launched cameras helped develop the use of CCTV / lateral inspection processes to identify gas cross bores in sanitary sewers. His role in the implementation of high level QA/QC procedures with integration of GIS and GPS technologies have enhanced public safety associated with locating cross bores. |
